Joseph Gordon-Levitt's Edward Snowden Biopic Is Already Giving Us Chills

Before you see Oliver Stone's Snowden, you should probably get to know subject Edward Snowden a little bit. The first trailer for the film will give you the highlights of how Snowden became "the most wanted man in the world" at age 29. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is playing the infamous whistle-blower opposite Shailene Woodley, Zachary Quinto, Melissa Leo, Nicolas Cage, Rhys Ifans, and Tom Wilkinson. It's based on two books, The Snowden Files: The Inside Story of the World's Most Wanted Man by Luke Harding and Time of the Octopus by Anatoly Kucherena. The movie is due out in theaters on Sept. 16, so you can definitely expect more details in the coming months.
