Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards brought lots of exciting moments, including a sexy, nostalgia-filled set from Britney Spears and a tearful acceptance speech from Celine Dion. There were a few people, however, who may have been pretty "meh" about certain parts of the show and showed their indifference via facial expressions caught on tape or shady social media quips - needless to say, there were a handful of comments and facial expressions that made us go, "Hmmm."
